We really enjoyed it. I would go back again.

The location was fantastic for us, close to all the meetings and partners we went to meet. It is also a very charming part of the city. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful - eggs, bread and all the coffee we could drink!

Clean and convenient hotel.

Clean and convenient hotel. Nice bathroom with hot water shower and good waterpressure. Really useful and nice with an in room safe big enough for a tablet. Nice and attentive reception staff. Close to Transmilenio station...like 10 min walk.

Avoid room facing the street. Traffic noise is absolutely horrible. Heavy traffic with two bus stops just outside reception with more than ten different bus lines that will keep ypu awake until two o´clock am from 5 o´clock am . Just like sleeping on the sidewalk. Inside room is perfectly alright. Wi Fi is not very reliable in some rooms.

Worth to try!

The staff was extremely friendly and the hotel was clean. Nice breakfast.

The noise of the cars from the street didn’t let us sleep almost at all, but ofc that’s not the hotels fault.

Get ready that the real hotel doesn't look as good in the real life as on the booking com photos. If you have a room with the windows at the street, you'll wake up as soon as the cars start driving by, the sound isolation is about zero.

The staff is amazing

*Nelson, Erinson, the cleaner and the breakfast lady (Gloria, I think) were amazing. They were very helpful, respectful and kind with us. They made our time there so much better! *The place is always very clean *There is a lift, which is helpful when you have heavy bags *The bed was big and comfortable *They have Direct TV *The area is tranquil and there are some good places to eat out

*Breakfast is a very repetitive and normally doesn't have any fruit. I stayed around 10 days. *The room didn't have enough lights and got a bit too dark at night, so you struggle a little if you need to do something where you need light. *The shower curtain kept falling *The rooms are not sound proof at all. I could hear all the videocall conversations of the guest next to me *The pillows are a little bit too hard

Nice hotel, not much going in in area

Room was lovely. Shower was hot and powerful, we had just travelled around South America so this was a luxury for us.

Our rooms window was facing the street and it was as if there wasn't even a window there, the street noise was so loud that we couldn't hear the tv. Location isn't brilliant. Taxis were needed. Some places to eat but random opening times or closed down.

Sweet hotel has what you need

Custom , individually prepared breakfast every morning, ranging from cereal to omelets,toasted croissants, fresh delicious coffee. Taxis available, upon request. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Located in an 'Up-market' elegant mostly residencial neighborhood. VERY SAFE AND VERY QUIET AT NIGHT; Great for a stroll after dinner and; No Noise. Absolutely zero traffic and peaceful nights with zero noise. Slept like I was home. Nice Restaurants nearby, (Walking distance), not hiking! Clean bathroom with plenty of hot water. Extra blankets offered for those cold Bogota nights. SWELL PLACE. Not 5 star elegance, but no lacking in anything and you can't beat the price!

I was overcharged (33% more) in relation to the online...

I was overcharged (33% more) in relation to the online reservation price. The mattress was very hard. The breakfast was very basic, probably the poorest I had in Colombia.
